New batteries with 3.3 Ah capacity enable long lasting working without charging.

Together with the extension of the „Tough Tool IP“ cordless tools, Panasonic is launching new 14.4 Volt and 18 Volt Li-ion batteries with 3.3 Ah capacity and therefore sets a new standard for these performance classes. The extraordinary high 3.3 Ah capacity of the Lithium-ion-battery is measured according to international IEC-norm. It enables comprehensive working without charging interruption.

The 14.4V Drill Driver EY 7441 LR2S, e.g. drives up to 350 screws 6 x 60 mm in soft wood with just one battery charge. Sensors inside the battery pack check each 3.6 Volt-segment separately and therefore prevent damage caused by overheating, overcharging or deep-discharge of the battery cells.

This guarantees the extraordinary reliability and durability of Panasonic batteries. Some of the new Panasonic tools are alternatively also available without battery pack and charger or with the compact 1.5 Ah battery pack.
